1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website PetOCare.click ("Website") and our AI pet care device services, digital information products, and physical goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services, Information Products, and Goods

PetOCare provides:

• AI Pet Care Device Services, including installation, setup, and on-site support.
• Digital Information Products, such as e-guides, training materials, and webinars.
• Physical Goods, including smart feeders, health monitors, and accessories.

3. AI Pet Care Device Services

Our AI pet care device services cover everything from initial consultation through device activation. Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Digital Information Products

Digital products are delivered via direct download links or secure access portals. Access credentials are provided upon purchase.

5. Physical Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary by location and shipping option selected.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are shown in your selected currency at checkout. Payments must be completed using the methods listed on the Website. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

7.1 AI Pet Care Device Services

Clients may request the cancellation of a scheduled service and a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided no on-site work or remote configuration has commenced. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Each service may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.

7.2 Digital Information Products

Requests for a full refund of digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase and before any download or access of the materials. To request a refund, please use our Contact Us form. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

7.3 Physical Goods

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be sent to our registered address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7.4 No-Refund Services

Highly customized services—such as bespoke AI device builds, personalized pet behavior training sessions, and unique integration projects—are not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has commenced. This policy reflects the dedicated resources and scheduling reserved exclusively for your project.

8. Modifications to Terms

PetOCare reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised terms on the Website with a new effective date.
